Insurance and liability

By registering for the ESHD2025 Conference, participants agree that the organizers do not accept liability for any impediment or disruption of the conference proceedings and the organization will not be responsible for other services contracted directly by the attendees such as flights, hotel bookings etc. The cancellation conditions shall apply in all cases. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions.

By providing this information, the organizers disclaim any liability relating to insurance.

Participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements concerning health and travel insurance.

Registration

Registration will only be complete after payment of the conference fee. All those attending the ESHD2023, including organizers, speakers, panel presenters, and those chairing a session, must register and therefore pay the corresponding fee.

Payment policy

Registration and full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the conference events.

Conference language

The official language of the Conference is English.
